Steve, yes, the other picture is also a bat falcon.

I work with Orange-breasted Falcons, and I can tell you that there should not be a debate with these specific birds seen on the web cam.  They are bat falcons.  The picture is good enough to show some differences that indicate that they are Bat Falcons, but I have also seen them in real life.  Regards.</description>

And the whole OBF vs. BF identification problem is driving me nuts.  I just spent way too long comparing pictures online...  I found some great birding blogs.  But, I really can't tell, via the pics, which bird is which.  Grr.</description>
