Where are the Hurricanes?

Category: scienceSteve @ 09:59 am

Here it is the second day of August, 63 full days into the hurricane season and we still haven’t seen a named hurricane. Tropical Storm CHRIS may be the first, but I thought global warming meant a regular string of Cat 5 and 6 hurricanes relentlessly tearing up the countryside. Sure, it’s hot outside in some places, but I’m thinking there isn’t much real science involved in the global warming “debate”.
